New Subcommittees

Committee on Investigating Roofing material options

At the last AGM on September 16th, 2025  the members wanted more discussion on approved roofing materials. A committee was formed to report back to the board the different roofing options available,  Julia Necheff, Steve Hole, John Doyle and Kim Christian have volunteered for this committee. We expect to have their report back before the end of May 2026. 

Committee on Surveying the Community

Also at the last AGM on Septemebr 16th, 2025, the members voted for a sub-committee to survey the community for  compliance on  the HOA's architectural guidlines by the HOA members throughout the year. This committee will be responsible for reporting any and all violations of the guidlines to the HOA board. This will greatly help the board address infractions as they arise so we can address them quickly. Scott Lundy, Steve Hole and Dwain McDonald have volunteered for this committee.
