Terwillegar Hill Estates Home Owners Association was formed in 1992 for the benefits and enjoyments of the residents who live along Falconer Road to Ferris Way.

We have a total of 160 single family dwellings in the one of the most affluent neighborhoods in Terwillegar. Bordered by Rabbit Hill Road and Riverbend Road, Terwillegar Hill Estates was developed by Delcon Developments who also constructed the quintessential Riverbend Square Shopping Centre. The shopping convenience, the magnificent boulevards lined with beautiful brick fence and majestic Colorado Aspens, anyone who drives through our neighborhood will always be in awe.
